A slimming implant implanted into the stomach and causing satiety was developed by a team of prof. Xudonga Wang of the University of Wisconsin – Madison (USA). The journal Nature Communications informed about implant research.

Wang’s implant has the advantage of not having complicated electronics and does not need power. Energy provides him with natural stomach movements.
