Eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day

Remember to hydrate

If you want to get a slim waist, yogurt is one of the best snacks for you. Avoid buying fruit yogurts that are flavored. In addition, they contain sugar and artificial sweeteners that will make you lose weight instead of losing weight. Eat one regular Greek yogurt a day or a homemade yogurt, and you’ll see amazing results. If you want yogurt to taste the fruit, mix it with your favorite fruits and enjoy its great taste!

Include slow-release carbohydrates into your diet
