Wash chicken breasts and cut from the side to create “pockets”. Pickled cucumber cut lengthwise into 4 parts. Pour the interior of the pocket with chicken seasoning, then put in a slice of cheese and 4 slices of pickled cucumber. Pocket close and pierce with two toothpicks so that it does not open. Prepare the prepared breast with chicken seasoning on the outside. Put a tablespoon of sunflower oil on the bottom of a casserole – rub the oil all over the bottom. Insert the prepared breast into the dish. Add the onion rings. Bake 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Place the roasted breast on a plate with a drained, boiled bag of rice. Rice pour 1 tablespoon of olives oil sprinkle with onion.
