According to Dr Ewa Dąbrowska, you can restore your body’s self-healing ability if we thoroughly clean it.And with accumulated deposits, you can also get rid of excess fat.Vegetables and fruits are products rich in natural antioxidants. They support repair processes and purify, heal and rejuvenate all cells in our body.Dr Ewa Dąbrowska’s diet is low calorie, and scientific research shows that reducing energy in meals is an effective method of lengthening life, preventing cancer and other dangerous diseases.
The hunger strike is to start internal digestion, so-calledendogenous, by the discontinuation of building and high-energy foods – proteins, fats, carbohydrates quickly absorbed. Thanks to this, the body gets rid of worthless deposits, degenerated tissues, because it uses them as a source of energy. And so, at first, it begins to digest excess fatty tissue and unnecessary diseased, destroyed, mutated and such cells in which toxins and heavy metals are accumulated. In this way, we get rid of everything that disturbs the proper functioning of the body, and the natural mechanisms of self-healing begin to work.According to Dr Dąbrowska, as a result of a diet rich in processed and full chemicals, the intestines become leaky and pass molecules of digested food, blocking the immune system that no longer recognizes the risks, especially those developing atherosclerosis, cancer and joint degeneration for years.Vegetable and fruit therapy is to seal the intestines thanks to the change of its microflora.
