Dr Dąbrowska’s diet – the first detoxification stage.What can you eat?

The first stage of the vegetable and fruit diet of Dr. Dąbrowska may last, depending on the needs, from a few days to several weeks (usually 10-40 days), it is about 600 kcal per day.

During the cleansing hunger you can only eat vegetables from the species

  • root (eg carrots, beets, radishes)
  • brassicas (eg cauliflower, broccoli)
  • onion (eg onion, leek)
  • deciduous (eg lettuce, all kinds of herbs)
  • cucurbits (eg squash, cucumbers)
  • nightshade (except potatoes – tomatoes, peppers)

and fruits:

  • apples
  • blueberries
  • grapefruit
  • lemons

Vegetables are best eaten raw in the form of salads and salads.You can also cook them and eat in the form of soup, aleo, bigos, but without the addition of fat, cream or yogurt.During the cleansing treatment you should drink 2-3 liters of liquid water (necessarily low-mineralized), fruit and vegetable juice and cocktails, herbal and fruit teas.

Dr Dąbrowska’s diet – the second stage of getting out of the diet.What can you eat?

After cleaning the body, Dr. Dąbrowska recommends changing eating habits and switching to a healthy, balanced diet, in which not only vegetables and fruits from the first stage of the diet will be the posture, but also other fruits and vegetables (including legumes), groats and grains, wholemeal bread, nuts and dairy products.
