ASPARAGINE ACID (40% Aspartame)

Dr Russell L. Blaylock, professor of Neurosurgery at the Medical University of Mississippi, has recently published a book detailing the damage caused by eating excessive amounts of aspartic acid from aspartame. Ninety-nine percent of mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) (i.e., monosodium glutamate, a soy sauce ingredient, flavor enhancer found in magi spices) is glutamic acid. The damage it causes is also documented by Blaylock’s book. Blaylock refers to nearly 500 scientific reports showing how an excess of free excitatory amino acids such as aspartic and glutamic acid in our diet causes serious chronic neurological diseases and a myriad of other acute symptoms.

If you do not know about it, the following piece may be a bit complicated, but do not be too easy! Read some sentences twice and the gate to the new dimension will open to you and you will feel what it is all about. I invite you!

A brief description of the mechanism of damage caused by aspartate (and glutamate). Asparaginate and glutamate act as neurotransmitters in the brain, facilitating transmission of information from the neuron to the neuron. An excess of aspartate or glutamate in the brain kills certain neurons causing the cells to enter too much calcium. Influencing too much calcium triggers an excessive amount of free radicals that kill cells. Because excessive amounts of aspartate and glutamate can damage the nerve cell, these compounds are called “excitotoxins”. “They excite or excite nerve cells to death. Aspartic acid is an amino acid. Introduced in its free form (not related to proteins) significantly raises the level of aspartate and glutamate in the blood plasma (I do not know why both of them, because logically it should only apply to aspartate, but the science is full of surprises). The excess of aspartate and glutamate in the blood plasma soon after ingestion of aspartame or a product containing free glutamic acid (a glutamate precursor) leads to a high level of these neurotransmitters in certain areas of the brain. (There is a so-called) Brain blood barrier (BBB) that normally protects the brain from excess glutamate and asparaginate as well as toxins, (but) 1 °) is not yet fully developed during childhood, 2 °) does not fully protect all areas of the brain, 3 °) is damaged by numerous chronic and severe conditions, and 4 °) permits filtration of excess glutamate and aspartate to the brain, even when it is not damaged. Excessive amounts of glutamate and aspartate slowly begin to destroy neurons. The majority (over 75%) of nerve cells in a particular area of the brain are killed before any clinical symptoms of a chronic disease become noticeable. Some of the many chronic diseases where it has been shown that long-term exposure to excitatory amino acids contribute to the observed lesions are multiple sclerosis, Als, Memory loss, hormonal problems, hearing loss, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, blood glucose deficiency (hypoglycemia), dementia associated with AIDS, brain damage, and neuroendocrine disorder.

You read it and think eee! This Dr Mercola only scares you! Truth? If it were the way he writes, aspartame could not be sold and certainly could not be given to children in the form of chewing gum or diet drinks. Oh, unfortunately, he could! And not long you will learn how.

The risk of excitotoxins in newborns, children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with certain chronic health problems is great. Even the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB), which usually tackles problems in a very delicate way and reflects official FDA opinions, recently stated in the published review that “it is prudent to avoid taking dietary supplements of L acid -glutamate by pregnant women, newborns and children. The existence of evidence of potential endocrine reactions, in the form of elevated levels of cortisol and prolactin, and a diversified reaction in men and women would also suggest a neuroendocrine cell and the recommendation of women avoiding the reproductive period and people suffering from mental illness (from the circle of cyclophores) additions of L-glutamic acid derivatives. Aspartame aspartic acid has the same harmful effects on the body as glutamic acid.

If you are not a woman, especially in a reproductive age, you think, I’m losing time, after all, it does not concern me. I need Aspartam to maintain the beautiful appearance of my body. Muscle sculpture or belly shape. But be patient. You will surely find something closer to yourself. I guarantee it to you!

The exact mechanism of acute reactions to the excess of free glutamate and aspartate is currently under debate. Reports sent to the FDA indicate that these reactions include  headaches / migraines, nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue (blocking access to the brain of a sufficient amount of glucose), sleep problems, vision problems, anxiety attacks, depression, and asthma / tightness in the breast. The common complaint of people suffering from the effects caused by aspartame is the loss of memory. Ironically, in 1987, G. D. Searle, an aspartame producer, began looking for a drug to combat memory loss due to damage caused by excitatory amino acids.

This last sentence is good! Truth? It proves that science can be an arena of comedy. The same scientist first releases aspartame, and then works on a drug that heals diseases caused by by aspartame. It is hoped that if you use aspartame then you can already

immediately heal the effects of his actions! Progress is extraordinary! Truth?

Blaylock is one of many scholars and doctors who are concerned about the damage caused by excitatory amino acids as a result of consuming aspartame and MSG (monosodium glutamate – monosodium glutamate). A large group of experts who speak honestly about the damage caused by Asparaginians and glutamate include Dr. Adrienne Samuels, an experimental psychologist specializing in research design. Another is Olney, professor of psychiatry faculty, School of Medicine, Washington University, neuroscientist and researcher, and one of the greatest authorities in the field of excitotoxins in the world. (In 1971 he informed Searle that aspartic acid was causing holes in the brain in mice.)

But people are not mice!
