What is laughter yoga?
An injection of joy that gives you laughter brings to life and stimulates action and gives you the energy needed to achieve new goals. Their members still meet in parks to laugh and do breathing exercises together. The sight of people pretending to flock of birds imitating the sounds of animals and laughing at each other is not surprising. It’s just a good way to start the day before work, where the current pace almost always causes stress and tension. The Americans decided to use the beneficial effects of laughter therapy. It turned out that the employees of companies that introduced elements of humor to work are less stressed, more courageous in making decisions and more connected to the workplace. There is a growing faith in their own abilities.
Psychotherapy and positive thinking training in one
Modern psychotherapy is heading towards the strengthening of man, and it is moving away from an in-depth analysis of problems. This strengthening can take place, for example, thanks to the discharge of mental tension, which can be difficult to withstand. During meetings with people seeking psychological help, the element of therapy is to find a funny element of a seemingly serious problem.
The voltage states should be interrupted as soon as possible. By ridding negative emotions, we create a spiral of stress. The key here seems to be the answer to the question whether it is external circumstances, or maybe we ourselves are causing this difficult to bear state. If we see the guilt in ourselves, we should work on it. Instead of crying over spilled milk, one has to look into the future and try to set a positive attitude towards it.
